General Terms

✦ NO AI / NFT REFERENCES ALLOWED! You will be denied immediately.✦ Please follow the correct commission format when sending me your request.✦ Be clear, detailed, and provide references always.✦ I have the right to decline your commission for various reasons; can be explained or not.✦ I have the artistic freedom to draw however I want.

Payment

✦ Refund may be requested if I have not started any work on the commission. I will let you know if I have started the commission and when in advance (a few days to a week usually).✦ Please make sure that you've made the right choice before commissioning so I don't have to facilitate refunds.✦ I accept payment upfront. Will only do 50/50 with friends and via VGen for my own protection.

Work Process

✦ I'm a student so I may be busy at times and not be able to work on commissions. Please be patient with me.✦ I will send wips if asked for any (unless skeb/surprise illustration). I will ask if you want me to send them or not always, but generally I will be communicative about this and send wips to approve sketches and any changes/see if any adjustments are needed.✦ I work in a first come first serve manner; otherwise higher priority.✦ I like to communicate a lot so please have options like Discord or Twitter available. Email is OK, but not preferred.

Rights

✦ Client cannot feed my work into AI or for use as NFTs.✦ I own the right to use any commissioned pieces on my art pages, speedpaints, etc. (unless told not to by request or NDA is paid for).✦ Commissioner may use their commissioned pieces for personal use only or for use on monetised platforms. (Ex. Twitch, Youtube, etc.)✦ Commercial use can be discussed and is usually displayed on pricing; commissioner will have to purchase commercial rights for merchandise and content use (commercial fee will be included in some services).✦ Commissioner cannot modify the art piece (unless given permission) or claim as their own.✦ I have the right to cancel and refund the money to the commissioner at any time for any reason.✦ Client does not have the right to use any pieces to feed, train, or use on AI.✦ Tracing or heavily referencing my commissioned work is not allowed. Non-commissioned pieces may be used if the purpose is to practice and learn. Never pass off other's work as your own.
